- don’t know where to start,
-want guidance before pursuing formal assessments, or
-need help understanding options and resources.
What This Service Includes
Psychoeducation related to:
- anxiety and mood concerns
- ADHD and neurodevelopmental differences
- emotional regulation and stress management
- family dynamics and life transitions
- Supportive conversations in a structured, respectful setting
- Guidance for parents and caregivers (with or without the child present)
- Skill-based strategies for coping, communication, and routines
Resource and system navigation:
- understanding when and how to seek further assessment
- referrals to appropriate regulated providers or community resources
Collaboration with consent alongside existing care teams (school, GP, counsellor)
